Almost the whole of Negros is looking forward to the opening of the Cyber Centre. In fact, one of them, Ubiquity Global Services, has already signed a lease contract with the provincial government in relation to the space that they would be using at the Cyber Centre. The contract was for 1200 sq. m. of space, which they will be utilizing in furtherance of their business operations. The amount that Ubiquity Global Services deposited for the lease was P900,000.

Ubiquity Global Services is just one among the different BPO companies that will be utilizing the expansive area of the Negros First Cyber Centre. Such influx of investments from global companies will bring in great job opportunities to Filipinos in this region, which could translate to a substantial economic advancement for Bacolod city and the whole province of Negros Occidental.

It is quite evident that in just a matter of months, people would start seeing a lot of happy employees going to and fro the Cyber Centre. These individuals will surely be among those who will help propel the local economy and contribute to the strengthening of the name of Bacolod City in the BPO industry.
