DYNAMIC BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION CO. (PHIL.) INC., was founded in July 1989 to address the construction requirements of its parent company Vallacar Transit incorporated, Asia’s Biggest Bus Company, for its expansion projects.

For almost a decade, the company has been a dependable service provider to the parent company and its subsidiaries with business interest in transportation, manufacturing, sugar and aquaculture.

As a private in-house contractor, DBCCI has built numerous company owned facilities like bus terminals, office buildings, private roads and pavements, manufacturing facilities as well as prawn farms.

The outstanding performance of DYNAMIC BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION CO. (PHIL) INC., has provided the impetus for a new direction for the company. In June 1997 DBCCI was officially established as a full service General Contractor following its registration with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.

With the initial capitalization of Fifty Million (P 50,000,000.00) and a fleet of heavy equipment, the company embarked on recruitment program to fill-in key, managerial and technical positions with a balance of well-trained and highly-experienced professionals and young but promising individuals.

With the tireless dedication of its President, Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr., the company has launched an aggressive campaign for bigger and more challenging tasks in the field of public contracting.
