2015 – A Good Year for Dynamic Builders

April 02nd, 2018

The success of a company is normally measured by the number of years it has been in business and the rate of its growth. Suffice to say that Dynamic Builders and Construction Co. (Phil.) Inc. of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, has squarely met both criteria. For one, it has been in business for more than two decades, and at the same time, the company has grown exponentially over the years.

More Than Two Decades of Success

It has also paved the way for the completion of some projects which have been started in the year 2014. Aside from new projects, the company has forayed into other fields

Looking back, one can say that Dynamic Builders has truly done well in weathering out the highs and lows of a construction business. From the time that the company was formed in the 80’s up to now, one can see that the company has climbed from a startup to among the biggest names in the construction business. It has managed to last in a very competitive industry in spite of all the odds.

What started as a small company eventually became a huge success. The company was able to acquire a huge area in Alijis, Bacolod City, which eventually became a construction depot. Here, they were able to build their offices, and other construction related structures. This huge tract of land has in fact became a landmark in the area.

The expansion of DBCCI was not only made apparent in its acquisition of land in Bacolod City. It has actually proven its capacity as a company in its acquisition of construction equipment, which at present, is enough to carry out the projects the company is undertaking. It does not need to rent from other entities since it can adequately provide for its needs.

Aside from the equipment, the company also owns many trucks, which serve its construction projects, and also its subsidiary, the Dynamic Solid Waste Management. This is the one that handles the garbage collection in the City of Bacolod. This expansion of the RJR Group of Companies is a clear testament to its strength, success and trustworthiness.

Looking Forward

At present, there are more projects that are in the pipeline and Dynamic Builders is set out to take them on in the coming year. With high hopes and with the company being at a good fiscal position, DBCCI will surely continue its growth and expansion for more years.
